No, this is not therapy. While therapy focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, Root & Resilience is a holistic coaching program designed to support your mental and emotional well-being through herbal remedies, somatic practices, and self-care strategies. This program is not a replacement for therapy but can complement it by offering additional tools for stress relief, nervous system regulation, and emotional balance.
I provide guidance on using herbs and natural wellness techniques to support your body and mind, but I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. If you're currently in therapy, this program can be a great supplement to deepen your self-care and healing journey.

What are the coaching terms?
To ensure a successful and supportive experience, the Root & Resilience program operates under the following coaching terms:
Commitment: This is an 8-week program designed to support long-term wellness. By enrolling, you’re committing to the full duration to allow the herbs and practices to work effectively.
Payment & Refunds: The investment is $394 for the first week and $197 per week for the remaining 7 weeks. The higher first-week payment reflects the extensive herbal consultation, research, and custom formulation required to create your personalized plan.
Due to the amount of work that goes into the consultation—including nearly 8 hours of research, formulating, and gathering herbs—only discounted refunds will be available after the first week. This payment structure allows the total cost of the program to be spread out over multiple weeks, making it more accessible. If you request a refund after the first week, it will be prorated to reflect the work already completed. Payment is due at the start of each week. Due to the personalized nature of the program, refunds are not available once the program has started.
Scheduling & Cancellations: 1-on-1 sessions must be scheduled in advance. If you need to reschedule, 24-hour notice is required. Missed sessions without prior notice may not be rescheduled.
Herbal Support: Custom herbal recommendations are made based on your unique needs. These herbs are meant to support your overall wellness, not to diagnose or treat medical conditions.
Not a Replacement for Medical Care: This program provides holistic support but is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment. If you have a medical condition or are on medication, please consult with a healthcare provider before making changes to your wellness routine.
