Are you struggling in any of these ways?
Body Struggles
Harsh Self-Criticism – Looking in the mirror feels unbearable. All you see are flaws, leaving you frustrated, hopeless, and stuck in self-criticism.
Body Dysmorphia – Getting dressed feels exhausting. Nothing looks or fits right. You change a dozen times before settling on the same oversized shirt and yoga pants, feeling defeated.
Chronic Illness & Mystery Symptoms – Fatigue, brain fog, and unpredictable symptoms drain your energy. You try to push through, but it’s exhausting—not just physically, but emotionally too. You worry about how others see you and feel disconnected from your own body.
Dieting & Body Frustration – “If I could just lose 10 lbs, I’d finally feel good.” You keep trying, but nothing sticks. Every failed attempt leaves you feeling frustrated and stuck, wondering if you’ll ever feel comfortable in your body.
Confidence & Mental Wellness
Anxiety & Overwhelm – Your mind won’t stop racing, making it hard to focus. You end up zoning out, scrolling endlessly, or avoiding tasks—only to feel even more behind.
Perfectionism – That voice in your head keeps whispering, “Not good enough.” You overthink every detail, redo things over and over, and set impossibly high standards. No matter how much you do, it never feels like enough.
Burnout & Exhaustion – You’re running on empty. You push yourself past your limits, always trying to keep up, but it’s wearing you down. The exhaustion makes it harder to function, yet slowing down feels impossible.
Self-Doubt & Disconnection – You feel unsure of what your body needs, how to make decisions, or what direction you’re even going in. “I should have figured this out by now…” The uncertainty feels overwhelming.
Relationship Struggles
People Pleasing & Overextending – You keep saying yes when you really want to say no. You take on extra work, help others even when you’re drained, and push past your own limits—afraid of letting people down.
Relationship Anxiety – “Does he actually like me? Can I trust him?” Doubts creep in, and suddenly you’re overanalyzing every text, second-guessing everything, and feeling anxious about where you stand.
Fear of Rejection & Dating Fatigue – Putting yourself out there feels exhausting. You’re tired of mixed signals, mind games, and dating apps. The idea of starting over—again—feels overwhelming, and you wonder if you’ll ever find real connection.
Trust Issues & Past Wounds – Old heartbreaks still weigh on you. You want to let your guard down, but part of you fears history will repeat itself. You crave connection, but trusting someone with your heart feels risky.
It’s exhausting to live with these struggles
Thankfully, I have good news.
You Don’t Have To Stay Stuck
You Can & Will Make A Change.
Here's what can be a reality for you. You can…
Feel at home in your body. You don’t have to navigate body image and food struggles alone. With support, you can start feeling comfortable in your own skin.
Trust your body. Learn to listen to its hunger cues, movement needs, and self-care messages. Treat yourself with kindness and respect.
Reconnect with yourself. Feel more aligned with your passions, relationships, and authentic self. Wake up excited and nourished.
Find your voice. Speak up with confidence, even when it’s hard. Honor your needs, wants, and boundaries.
Build strong, healthy relationships. Feel safe being yourself. Express your thoughts, set boundaries, and be truly heard and respected.
Move past self-doubt. Let go of perfectionism and unworthiness. Step into your confidence and thrive.
Heal and grow. Learn to navigate big emotions so you can live with more joy and peace.
Maybe you felt a zing as you read this. Maybe you don't know why.
It's okay to not know.
I still truly believe you are on the right track by just searching for the next steps.
That is enough to know that you’re ready to begin.

I’m really glad you’re here.
Hi, I’m Jacqueline Rose.
Although I take being a therapist seriously, I’m so much more than your typical, “buttoned-up” therapist. I’m a real human. I swear a little too much. I’m a mom (to a dog and a human). I love woo stuff. I am obsessed with good coffee. I like to nerd out on science and psychology. Memes and funny social media reels crack me the F up. I love getting lost in a rom-com or a dreamy series (Hello Outlander!!) Talking with me is comfortable and easy.
I bring the realness above, but also I provide women with a compassionate, judgment-free healing space so they can finally let go of their body dissatisfaction, perfectionism, people pleasing- and whatever else you’ve been burdened with. I will support you in letting the old burdens go, and help you cultivate love for your body, yourself, and confidence in your relationships. I know how hard it is to work through this stuff, so I want to make it as easeful as possible for you.
My clients walk away from therapy feeling more confident, self-aware, lighter, more nourished, excited for things again, and feeling like they can handle the ups and downs of this life journey.
