Basic Curry Recipe!
Coconut Curry with Turmeric and Garlic

Turmeric (Curcuma longa)
Recipe: Golden Milk (Turmeric Latte)
This warm and soothing drink supports immunity, reduces inflammation, and promotes relaxation.
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger powder (or fresh grated ginger)
A pinch of black pepper (to enhance absorption)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Instructions:
In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat.
Add the turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper. Whisk until combined.
