Seeing women who allow themselves to love what they love without shying away

I love seeing women blossom into their power and fullness

I want that for you!

Jacqueline Rose Wellness offers holistic psychotherapy and self-love/embodiment coaching to help women flourish and become the best versions of themselves.

Are you struggling in any of these ways?

Body Struggles

  • Being Critical Of Your Body- There are times when you are repulsed by who you see when you look in the mirror. When you look at yourself, you feel disgusted, hopeless, and frustrated.

  • Body Dysmorphia- You notice when it’s time to get ready, you find yourself spending an hour changing into all the clothes in your closet that still fit. Everything looks and feels terrible. You end up throwing on another too-big t-shirt and yoga pants and feeling defeated.

  • Chronic Illness- You are trying to keep up but you’re discouraged. Things are so hard. You’re afraid of how people see you. You find yourself withdrawing from your life and you’re angry at your body.

  • Off and On Dieting- “ If I just lost 10 lbs, I’d feel great…” You keep trying to feel better but end up just falling off your diet and you feel weak. You just want to finally feel good about yourself…but nothings working.

Self/Confidence Struggles

  • Anxiety- You just want to get your work done, but you’re feeling so anxious. You could just crawl out of your skin …but find yourself distracting or zoning out scrolling. You’re just more stressed and afraid about falling behind.

  • Perfectionism- That inner voice constantly murmuring, "Still not good enough," with every effort. Self-doubt dominates, trapping you in a cycle of overthinking and redoing. Your own thoughts confirm the goal is always just out of reach, leaving you feeling defeated, wrapped in a relentless self-critical dialogue. You get overwhelmed and end up not doing anything…

  • Self-Doubt/Disconnection- Maybe you notice you just don’t know how to tell what your body wants/needs. “ What should I do about this sticky situation at work? “I don’t know what I want to really do with my life…” You feel disconnected. You have a desire to know how to take care of yourself…but don’t know how. You think to yourself, “I should’ve figured this out by now. I’m an adult.”

    Relationship Struggles

  • People Pleasing- You find yourself saying yes when your heart really says no. You take on that extra work project, agree to help that neighbor even though you’re exhausted, or even have sex when you don’t want to. It literally makes you feel sick… but you’re afraid to let that other person down… It’s exhausting.

  • Relationship Insecurity- Doubts cloud your mind about your partner's intentions, leading to over-texting and a nagging sense of neediness. “Does he actually like me? Can I trust him?” The fear of repeating past mistakes and driving them away haunts you, creating a cycle of uncertainty and anxiety in your connection.

  • Overthinking and Can’t Focus-You regularly get stuck in your anxiety and insecurity constantly overthinking about the new guy you just started dating or that awkward thing you said to your coworker…Ughh.. You can’t focus on school or work. It’s making you fall behind…

It’s exhausting to live with these struggles

Thankfully, I have good news.

You Don’t Have To Stay Stuck

You Can & Will Make A Change.

Here's what change can look like…

…You can begin to feel better in your body and you don’t have to figure it out alone. You can have a guide…someone to help you explore body image issues and food struggles so that you no longer feel limited in your life and you can start feeling comfortable in your own skin.

…You can find a way to be more connected to yourself, your passions, and your relationships... You comfortable as your authentic self. You can wake up excited and feel deeply nourished. It may feel far away…but it’s possible.

…You will move past your self-doubt, perfectionism, feelings of unworthiness, or, not feeling "good enough." You can move into your confidence so that you can thrive in whatever you put your heart into.

…You will be able to listen to your body, its hunger cues, and its messages about what movement or self-care it wants. You can finally have a healthy and loving relationship with yourself, treating yourself with kindness and respect.

You can honor your voice. You can breathe… and you can speak up even when it's scary or difficult. You can gain the confidence to honor your own needs, wants, and desires so you can live a respected and empowered life.

…You can finally be able to heal parts of yourself that might have been holding you back. You can learn to navigate your big emotions that can feel overwhelming so you can live a more joyful and peaceful life.

Maybe you felt a zing as you read this. Maybe you don't know why.

It's okay to not know.

I still truly believe you are on the right track by just searching for the next steps.

That is enough to know that you’re ready to begin.

I’m really glad you’re here.

 Hi, I’m Jacqueline Rose.

Although I take being a therapist seriously, I’m so much more than your typical, “buttoned-up” therapist. I’m a real human. I swear a little too much. I’m a mom (to a dog and a human). I love woo stuff. I am obsessed with good coffee. I like to nerd out on science and psychology. Memes and funny social media reels crack me the F up. I love getting lost in a rom-com or a dreamy series (Hello Outlander!!) Talking with me is comfortable and easy.

I bring the realness above, but also I provide women with a compassionate, judgment-free healing space so they can finally let go of their body dissatisfaction, perfectionism, people pleasing- and whatever else you’ve been burdened with. I will support you in letting the old burdens go, and help you cultivate love for your body, yourself, and confidence in your relationships. I know how hard it is to work through this stuff, so I want to make it as easeful as possible for you.

My clients walk away from therapy feeling more confident, self-aware, lighter, more nourished, excited for things again, and feeling like they can handle the ups and downs of this life journey.
